So, Yesterday was only my second ride in that week. Fortunately, it was for mostly one-time purposes. I didn’t ride Wednesday for putting together a bookshelf, weather rolled in right as I was finishing getting suited up to ride Thursday, and I cut up a tree and split the wood for firewood at my parents house Saturday. That’s mostly part of the first week getting settled in activities, and the rest was either uncontrollable or still a good workout of some kind.
