Owen: Running 1-23-08
It was a good morning back today. I was able to take a much-needed break from running on Monday to catch some extra Z’s, and it made today worth it.
Today, I ran 10 laps without stopping (a relatively monumental accomplishment). On about lap 7 or 8, I developed a pretty bat stitch in my left side. At the beginning of lap 10, a stitch had formed in my right side as well. I pushed through it and finished out the lap, walked 1, and ran 2 more. I turned off my stopwatch for the lap walked.
