Awesomely enough, I had a meeting in the Sanderson Center Conference Room last night around 6:30PM. I took this as a sign that I should take some work out clothes with me and run a bit after the meeting concluded.
It worked out really well. I ran 2.0 miles at an 8:00 pace, as I’ve done in the past. I also walked/ran another 0.5 miles to cool down afterward.
