Owen: Running 2-1-08
Ran again this morning…the walk over was the most brutal ever. The wind was coming in STRONG from the west and was chilling my bones. However, we made it. Air Force was only about half represented this morning, and stayed on the gym floor. William and I were 50% of the people running at any given time (66% at other times, and even 100% at one point). I ran 6, hit the bathroom, ran 6, got water, and ran 4, taking the last full lap as a hard sprint.
